About Me

I have more than a decades experience in property, having worked for estate agencies in the Suffolk area and have sold all types of property imaginable, from quaint period cottages to vast contemporary new builds.

I qualified as a domestic energy assessor in 2018, and have surveyed in the region of 2,000 properties in the past six years. In light of the recent energy price hikes, I am aware that homeowners are becoming keen to find out how energy efficient their home is, and what can be done to improve it. Following an initial assessment, I am able to put various options forward to clients and tailor their

choices based on their budget

and timescales.

In July 2023, I ended my estate agency career after 12 years of successfully helping homeowners in the Woodbridge area, and 

started a very new chapter in farming.

With this, I also no longer offer 

property photography and 

virtual tour services, however 

EPC's Floorplans, and 

Legionella assessments can be 

booked for anytime on Saturdays.
